感谢给予这次面试的机会，我感到非常荣幸来作自我介绍，我叫 XX，2006 年毕业于 XXX 学院 XXX 专业，我出生于XXX，现工作于 XXXX。
我曾经是个军人，服役于 XXX，主要从事 XXX 工作，从2002 年到 2013 年从军 11 载，回顾我的军旅生涯，我感到无上的光荣和自豪，因为每一个热血男儿都渴望有一个从军梦、英雄梦。
我性格开朗，幽默，随和，工作上进，执行力强，我很享受和同事们之间融洽的关系和团结进取的氛围。在我的业余时间里，我喜欢阅读书籍就如何做好自我、以及如何处理各种问题，都能从书中找到答案，我也喜欢写作，我是一名简书的写作者，我每天更新一篇小文章，有一年多的时间了。篮球和游泳是我最喜欢的运动，我每周坚持 5 次自由泳，每次 1000 米左右，当然，羽毛球也是我比较擅长的运动。
我选择读研主要是想对现在的工作有一个更深的专业知识和能力的补充，自转业到地方工作以来，我一直从事组织人事工作，这是一个非常值得研究的课题，人才建设，干部队伍建设，公务员管理方面，我做过大量的调研，也撰写过大量的调研文章，我认为进一步研究能够真正的实现自我价值，高素质专业化公务员队伍建设也将对我们现代社会起到越来越重要的作用。我希望通过研究学习能为以后的工作打下更坚实的基础。

Good morning, professor. Thank you for giving me the chance of this interview. I am XXX, born inXXX province. I graduated from School of XXX, majored in XXX. Now I work as XXX. I was a military officer from 2002 to 2013. I served in the XXX Military Region, mainly engaged XXX. Everytime I look back the eleven years as a military officer, I am very proud of myself. I think it is because every man has a dream of being a soldier, being a hero. I think I am outgoing, humorous and easygoing. I work hard and effectively, and I enjoy the good relationship with my workmates. In my spare time, I like reading and doing sports. It is meaningful that I can find answers about life in the books. I also like writing. I am a writer of Jianshu, and I update a short article everyday for a year. My favorite sports are basketball and swimming, and I do well in badminton, too. I go swimming five times a week, about a kilometer at a time.
The reason that I choose to do further study is that I want to be more professional at work. I engaged in organization and personnel work since I get the job . In my opinion, it is complicated to do well in personnel development, construction of the contingents of cadres and management of civil servants these kind of things. And these are the important subjects and practical contents of the development of our society. I tried to do some investigation and survey, and write some articles.
